THE STORY
Technology. Fashion. Forms of communication. A lot has changed since 1983, when the Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming began their mission of advancing workplace trust. But there are some things that have (and should always) stay the same: honesty, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Split, contrasting visuals suggesting the notion of the then and now drove home the differences between 1983 to present day, while also drawing attention to the values that haven’t changed. Through strong messaging, the campaign highlighted the importance of marketplace trust and the role the BBB has – and will continue to play – in fostering ethical standards and instilling lasting customer confidence.
