To remind municipal water and wastewater professionals of their comprehensive portfolio and introduce Claros, their new water intelligence solution, Hach intended to make a splash at the industry’s largest tradeshow and conference.
The first step involved capturing attention by putting a twist on a traditional tactic. A high-impact direct mailer featuring videos that showcased how Hach delivers water insights from source to tap was sent to key targeted accounts. Once on-site at the event, attendees were treated to an eye-popping booth that drove home the key promise of delivering insight. The comprehensive pre- and during-show strategy ensured Hach stood out among a sea of more than 500 exhibitors and 12,000 attendees.
