THE STORY
The Colorado Hospital Association knew Coloradans often don’t know where to seek medical help. Emergency room? Urgent care? Primary care doctor? Unfortunately, making the wrong choice can lead to inadequate care – and unnecessarily huge bills.
The out-of-home campaign, “Where for care?” preemptively educated Coloradans all along the Front Range and in rural communities. By clarifying the differences between points of care, the campaign engaged citizens in their health before they face a problem. Striking visuals and accessible messaging conveyed the education CHA sought, even to people who only gave the ads a passing glance. An informative landing page and educational materials provided even more impact.
